Insomniac’s Alphabet

I recently read that reciting the alphabet can help you fall back to sleep. Since I tend to think of negative things at three in the morning, I thought of positive mindset words for each letter.

Yes, I’ve tried it out. 

Yes, it works, often.

A is for abundance

B is for betterment 

C is for compassion

D is for determination

E is for energy

F is for flourishing

G is for gratitude

H is for hope 

I is for insight

J is for joy

K is for kindness

L is for love

M is for motivation and mindfulness

N is for neuroplasticity 

O is for opportunity that meets –

P for persistence

Q is for quiet

R is for resilience 

S is for sustaining

T is for tenacity

U is for understanding

V is for vivacity 

W is for well-being

X is for exemplary (yes, it’s cheating) 

Y is for “yes, and . . . ”

Z is for zestful!
